This Celebration cake is Raspberry Bavarois wrapped in a chocolate sponge cake. What is bavarois? It`s a cold cream made from raspberry purée. In addittion, it has has a raspberry coulis ( strained purée) and it`s crowned with lots of red fruits.

An ideal cake for any special occasion. Moist, delicious and elegant chocolate cake, with apricot jam and a coating of chocolate.

A perfect teacake to share. A buttery cake with a delicious flavour of lemon and speckles of poppy seeds.
